They are scamming me, they refuse to give me the sessions I am missing from a laser treatment, claiming that Vivanta has given them my empty card but at the same time they tell me that in their internal notes they know that my treatment ends on 03/27/ 2024. The customer service was terrible, plus a year ago I had to stop my treatment for several months since both legs were burned by the laser. I do not recommend at all.
Since I cannot respond to the comment they posted, I put it here. Before writing the response, I called the clinic several times, their customer service phone number and I wrote emails, their response was that they do not review my case, they already have my email and my phone number. My experience is varied. They sold me a bikini operation treatment, which I couldn't start until October (when it was for summer) because they didn't receive the product. Later the machine broke down, and then there was no product again. Conclusion a scam.
I am very unhappy because they sell services (that you have to pay in advance) that they cannot provide later. I don't recommend it at all.
They burned my legs with the laser, something that could happen anywhere, but the subsequent concern on the part of the center was not appropriate. They saw me a couple of times, paid me for rosehip cream and for burns and never called me on their own initiative to follow up. They told me that they would make up that session when the burn scars went away and when they went away I went and they told me that they were not going to make up the session. In short, disastrous aftercare and total lack of concern.
I would not recommend contracting anything long-term with them, nor session bonuses for time. Since they became Hedonai, the service is terrible. They do not comply with the contracts they have signed, once the service is charged they do not provide solutions, neither in the contact email, nor on the phone, nor in person.
